Solutions Lead - F&A(BPM)

Job Description :

- Lead the solutioning and technical response for Finance & Accounting (F&A) related RFPs, RFIs, and proposals across industries.

- Collaborate with sales, delivery, product, and technology teams to design end-to-end F&A solutions aligned with client needs and strategic objectives.

- Translate complex finance and accounting requirements into digital-first solutions leveraging automation, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and cloud platforms.

- Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and value propositions tailored to F&A transformation opportunities.

- Present solutions to internal stakeholders and clients through orals, workshops, and demos.

- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in Finance & Accounting, shared services, and BPM.

- Support cost modelling, risk assessment, and transition planning for proposed F&A solutions.

- Contribute to the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices for F&A solutioning.
