
Role Overview:
As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as the technical bridge between complex business requirements and robust software engineering execution within the insurance domain. You will spend your time designing scalable system architectures, evaluating technical feasibility for new product launches, and guiding cross-functional engineering teams through the implementation lifecycle. By collaborating closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and senior engineering leadership, you will ensure that our technical strategies directly support the client's long-term business objectives and operational efficiency goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end technical solutions for life insurance platforms, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business scalability requirements.
- Lead the architectural assessment of existing legacy systems to identify modernization opportunities that improve performance and reduce technical debt.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and system design documents to guide development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate third-party integrations and vendor platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability within the insurance ecosystem.
- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for cloud-native development, security, and data integrity to maintain high-quality delivery standards.
- Oversee the technical roadmap for insurance product rollouts, mitigating risks and ensuring alignment with project timelines and budget constraints.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying large-scale enterprise architectures specifically within the Life Insurance domain.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to drive consensus.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate architectural trade-offs, including performance, cost, and maintainability.
- Proficiency in modern software development lifecycles, cloud infrastructure, and API-first design patterns.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment at our Pune office, fostering collaboration across distributed teams.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, combined with 10 to 15 years of relevant professional experience.
