About the Role
The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in treasury and capital markets, with strong functional and product management experience across OTC derivatives, fixed income products, and treasury operations.
You will play a critical role in designing, enhancing, and delivering solutions that support complex treasury workflows while working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for treasury products and workflows.
- Design end-to-end functional solutions for treasury operations, settlements, confirmations, and reconciliations.
- Provide expert guidance on OTC derivatives and fixed income product life cycles.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals, compliance requirements, and industry best
practices.
- Lead functional workshops and training sessions for internal stakeholders.
- Drive process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Support testing, implementation, and post-production activities for treasury systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional candidates with 7+ years of strong domain experience may be considered.
- Maximum experience limit: 14 years.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) mandatory.
- Deep understanding of treasury and capital markets functions, including:
- OTC derivatives workflows and life cycle events
- Fixed income instruments
- Treasury operations, settlements, confirmations, and risk management
- Proven experience in product management or functional design within the treasury domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
