Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud O2C Functional / Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 15 years of experience in ERP transformation programs.

This role requires deep functional knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud modules, and a strong understanding of business processes and system integrations across Finance and Supply Chain functions.

The SME will drive functional solutioning, lead workshops, define end-to-end processes, configure Oracle Cloud modules, and ensure successful implementation and optimization of O2C capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary SME for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process in Oracle Cloud ERP.

- Lead business process workshops with global stakeholders to capture requirements and pain points.

- Design and configure Oracle ERP Cloud modules involved in O2C, including but not limited to:

- Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Advanced Collections.

- Revenue Management (RMCS).

- Order Management (OM).

- Pricing.

- Customer Data Management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Logistics, IT) to ensure end-to-end process alignment.

- Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and go-live activities.

- Prepare functional documentation (BR100, MD50, test scripts, training materials).

- Provide post-go-live support, including issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Work with integration teams on interfacing Oracle Cloud with CRM, eCommerce, logistics, and 3rd-party billing systems.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS15) and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or IT.

- MBA or equivalent preferred.

- 15+ years of experience in ERP implementations, with at least 5+ years in Oracle ERP Cloud.

- Strong functional and process knowledge of the Order-to-Cash cycle:

- Order capture to invoicing.

- Credit management and billing.

- Revenue recognition.

- Customer receipts and cash applications.

- Dunning and collections.

- Hands-on experience in configuring Oracle Cloud modules such as AR, OM, and RMCS.

- Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud in O2C scope.

- Proficiency in FBDI / ADFDI templates, OTBI / BI Publisher, and Smart View for reporting.

- Familiarity with multi-currency, multi-entity, tax localization, and global business structures.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

- Oracle Cloud Financials / SCM certification (especially in AR, OM, or RMCS).

- Experience with integration platforms (OIC, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).

- Exposure to subscription billing, e-invoicing, or B2B portals.

- Knowledge of Agile / SAFe delivery models and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., SOX compliance, audit trails).
