Role Overview:

As a Solution Consultant, you will serve as the strategic bridge between complex client business challenges and our innovative technology ecosystem. You will operate at the intersection of sales, product strategy, and engineering, leading high-stakes engagements to design scalable architectures that drive measurable business transformation. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating discovery workshops, crafting compelling technical narratives, and collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering teams to ensure our solutions align with the long-term vision of our enterprise clients. By translating intricate requirements into high-impact technical roadmaps, you will directly influence customer success, accelerate sales cycles, and solidify our position as a trusted partner in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end presales process by conducting deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover pain points and architect bespoke solutions that deliver immediate value to stakeholders.

- Partner with sales leadership to develop winning proposals and technical demonstrations that clearly articulate the competitive advantage and ROI of our platform.

- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide critical market feedback, ensuring our product roadmap remains aligned with evolving enterprise needs.

- Manage complex proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, guiding clients through technical validation to ensure seamless adoption and long-term project success.

- Act as a subject matter expert during executive-level presentations, influencing key decision-makers by simplifying complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

Required Skillset:

- Possess 8 - 15 years of proven experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting within a high-growth enterprise software environment.

- Demonstrate the ability to design robust, scalable system architectures that integrate seamlessly into existing client infrastructures.

- Exhibit exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to command a room and navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence and poise.

- Maintain a strong technical foundation, including proficiency in cloud architecture, API-led connectivity, and modern software development lifecycles.

- Showcase a proactive, consultative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment across our Bangalore and Pune offices.

- Hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, complemented by a track record of solving high-complexity business problems for global clients.
