The Solution Architect will define technical architecture and deliver scalable solutions in the telecom domain, ensuring robust, high-performance systems that support business objectives and future growth. This role demands strategic vision to architect complex telecom ecosystems, from core network functions to customer-facing applications, driving digital transformation in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end system architecture for telecom applications, integrating microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure with fault-tolerant designs.

- Guide development teams on industry best practices, including Agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines, and secure coding standards to optimize performance.

- Review and validate technical designs for security, scalability, compliance with telecom standards like 3GPP, TM Forum, and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with business, product, and operations teams to align solutions with market needs, strategic roadmaps, and evolving customer demands.

- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and technology evaluations to introduce cutting-edge telecom innovations.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security preferred for enterprise-grade applications).

- Minimum 2+ years in an Architect role, with proven experience in solution design, system integration, and performance tuning.

- 2+ years in the Telecom domain, including OSS/BSS systems, billing platforms, network protocols (Diameter, SIP, HTTP/2), or real-time data processing.

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab), and monitoring (Prometheus, ELK stack).

- Excellent communication and leadership skills for stakeholder engagement; PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or TOGAF certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with telecom innovations like 5G core, network slicing, IoT connectivity, edge computing, or AI-driven network optimization.

- Ability to mentor junior architects and drive technical excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Familiarity with data analytics tools (Kafka, Spark) for telecom big data use cases.
