Solution Architect - PROS Smart CPQ - IT

Role:

We are looking for an experienced PROS Smart CPQ Solution Architect with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and configuring PROS Smart CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CPQ implementations, product configuration, integrations, and Quote-to-Cash processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and implement PROS Smart CPQ solutions for enterprise clients.

- Configure business rules, constraints, product links, bundles, and guided selling workflows.

- Develop technical architecture and solution design for PROS Control and Pricing implementations.

- Lead integrations between PROS CPQ and enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce ecosystems.

- Build data exchange modules and advise integration teams on PROS Web APIs.

- Implement Pricing & Analytics capabilities using PROS Pricing solutions.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts on user story definition, effort estimation, and solution sizing.

- Provide technical support, troubleshoot configuration issues, and coordinate with the PROS Product team for issue resolution.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of overall CPQ experience with strong expertise in PROS Smart CPQ.

- Minimum 2 end-to-end PROS Smart CPQ implementation projects.

- Hands-on experience in MACRO coding and Core Java.

- Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Constraints, Product Links, Bundles, Guided Selling, and Configuration Processes.

- Good understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle.

- Experience integrating PROS with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- Experience with PROS Pricing, Analytics, and Web APIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PROS certifications such as PPSS Smart CPQ, PROS PPSS, Quoting 203 Smart CPQ, Quoting 310 Quote Modelling, and Quoting 320 Product Portfolio Design.

- Exposure to other CPQ platforms is an added advantage.
