Solution Architect - Manufacturing/BFSI

Job Title: Solution Architect CX Platforms

Location: Pune (preferred); open to Bangalore/Noida/Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days max

Experience: 10 + Years

Responsibilities:

- Define solution blueprints across CRM, Commerce, ECM, and Portals.

- Present architectures/roadmaps to business & technical stakeholders.

- Guide delivery teams on best practices, reusable assets, and governance.

Requirements:

- 10+ years IT experience, 6+ years in solution architecture/presales/consulting.

- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe Experience Cloud, Liferay DXP, and CX advisory.

- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud, microservices, APIs, and integrations.

- Domain experience in Manufacturing, BFSI, Energy, or Life Sciences (at least one).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage C-suite and IT leaders.
