Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and business-savvy Solution Architect - Functional (Treasury) with strong experience in Treasury and Capital Markets, OTC Derivatives, and Fixed Income products.

This client-facing role demands a deep understanding of financial product operations and treasury processes, coupled with the ability to drive end-to-end solutioning for complex client environments.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions and will work closely with clients, product teams, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, define problem statements, and propose functional architecture aligned with treasury business goals

- Design and articulate end-to-end treasury solutions with a focus on OTC derivatives, fixed income instruments, and broader capital markets workflows

- Provide domain expertise in treasury operations and drive transformation initiatives for client implementations

- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define product roadmaps and functional specifications

- Lead the solutioning process from requirements through design to implementation support

- Ensure alignment of client expectations with solution capabilities and project delivery

- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for treasury business processes and financial product life cycles

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field

- 8-12 years of relevant experience in financial services or capital markets (7 years acceptable if exceptional; max 14 years)

- Deep domain knowledge in Treasury, OTC Derivatives, Fixed Income, and Capital Markets

- Strong functional expertise in financial product operations and front-to-back treasury processes

- Proven experience in solution architecture and product management within a treasury or capital markets context

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (client-facing role)

- Ability to translate business problems into functional and technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with treasury platforms or capital markets products (e.g, Calypso, Murex, Finastra, etc. )

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management

- Ability to work across global teams and manage diverse client expectations

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deep-dive into product behavior and impact
