Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to lead the architecture and solution design for the international expansion of our Digital Distribution Platform (DDP). The role will focus on extending an established North America DDP landscape across EMEA, APAC, and CALA, while addressing regional business, operational, regulatory, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in enterprise solution architecture, ERP, Supply Chain Management (SCM), digital transformation, and global technology implementations. This is a strategic architecture role requiring strong business understanding, technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively across international teams and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead solution architecture for the international expansion of the Digital Distribution Platform (DDP).

- Assess existing enterprise/DDP architecture and identify reusable global capabilities and architecture patterns.

- Design scalable solutions integrating ERP, Supply Chain, Order Management, Warehouse, Customer Experience, and enterprise platforms.

- Define future-state architecture aligned with enterprise standards while allowing for regional requirements.

- Analyze gaps between existing platform capabilities and international business requirements.

- Develop architecture recommendations, solution roadmaps, and transformation strategies.

- Work closely with business leaders, product teams, enterprise technology teams, and delivery partners.

- Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Support regional teams in understanding localization, regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements.

- Provide architecture governance, technical direction, and best practices to solution architects and project teams.

- Drive integration, API, middleware, security, scalability, and performance considerations across enterprise systems.

- Support innovation through cloud-first architecture, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and modern technology practices.

- Mentor and guide solution architects and technical teams involved in international transformation initiatives.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Platforms.

- Strong experience in ERP and Supply Chain Management (SCM) environments.

- Experience designing solutions for large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

- Strong understanding of digital platforms / Digital Distribution Platforms.

- Experience across enterprise processes such as Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (RTR), Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Global Trade Management.

- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, and cloud architecture.

- Proven experience working with international/global business environments.

- Experience supporting implementations across EMEA, APAC, and/or Latin America/CALA.

- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with large-scale ERP transformation or harmonization programs.

- Experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial supply chain environments.

- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP ecosystems.

- Exposure to international localization, tax, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

- Experience with cloud-first enterprise environments.

- Exposure to AI-enabled platforms, automation, and intelligent workflows.

- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on Solution Architect who can bridge business requirements and technology architecture.

- You should be comfortable working with senior business stakeholders, enterprise technology teams, product teams, and regional leaders, and be able to balance global standardization with local market requirements.

- Strong international experience, ERP + SCM expertise, architecture leadership, and communication skills are mandatory.
