Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect - Blue Yonder ESP with strong expertise in functional consulting, solution design, LP Solver, and end-to-end supply chain planning solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing scalable Blue Yonder ESP solutions and collaborating with business & technical stakeholders to drive successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end supply chain planning solutions using Blue Yonder ESP

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solution architectures

- Work on functional consulting, solution design, and LP Solver configuration

- Configure and customize Blue Yonder ESP modules based on business needs

- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams during implementation

- Define testing scenarios, support UAT, and ensure successful solution validation

- Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency

- Lead integrations with ERP systems and enterprise applications

- Provide consulting support across implementation, hyper-care, and change management phases

- Conduct user training sessions and support business adoption initiatives

Required Qualifications:

- Strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities

- Experience with enterprise integrations and large-scale deployments
