Budget: Up to 45 LPA (as per experience and fitment).

Experience: 15-18 years

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect Banking to lead and execute RFI/RFP/RFQ, proactive proposals, and due diligence activities across Retail & Commercial Banking, Investment Operations, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management domains. The role involves end-to-end bid management, pre-sales leadership, and solution development for strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage bid responses and solution design for large, complex banking deals.

- Drive high-quality, timely submissions for RFPs and proactive proposals.

- Collaborate with internal technology, sales, and alliances teams to enhance solution offerings.

- Develop point solutions, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.

- Analyze market trends and support business growth initiatives.

- Engage with senior stakeholders, partners, and clients to build integrated solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate with 1518 years of overall experience, including 5+ years in solutioning and large bid management.

- Strong background in Banking (preferably Retail Payments & Cards).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA from a reputed institution.

- Proposal writing certification or strong pre-sales experience.

- Advanced program management and client engagement skills.
