Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with Offshore Delivery Leads and Onshore Client Engagement Managers to expand the advanced analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, and digital analytics project footprint in APAC and ANZ regions. - Develop winning proposals and present complex analytical solutions to stakeholders in a simplistic manner to showcase domain and technical expertise - Take part in customer discovery sessions, respond to bids, RFPs, and RFIs, help with proofs of concept (as an individual contributor or as part of cross-functional teams) - Think about a problem statement and work with teams that have expertise in different areas to combine the best of all solutions to curate a response that best fits the customer's requirement - Work with CoE (Products) team to conceptualize, design and commercialize differentiated industry-specific and x-industry productized solutions and functional accelerators - Participate in the development of methodologies, value realization frameworks, and industry points of view Desired skills and experience : - Post Graduate/ MBA / Masters in a quantitative discipline from a premier school (IIMs/ISB/FMS/XLRI and other Tier 1 institutes) - 8-10 years of strong experience of working in an analytics consulting firm - Exposure to Big Data, AI/ML, Cloud Technologies, and Modern Data Platforms - Exposure to one or more of the following domains: Retail, CPG, BFS, High Tech, Industrials etc. - Proficient in interpreting quantitative information and recommending solution approaches
