Solution & Delivery Lead - Enterprise Learning Solution Design

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Solution and Delivery Lead - Enterprise Learning Solution Design to drive solution design and delivery management for enterprise learning solutions.

The role will involve managing solution design, delivery, stakeholder management and enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on developing and delivering solutions aligned with enterprise requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design:

- Lead solution design for enterprise learning solutions.

- Develop solution approaches aligned with business and enterprise requirements.

- Ensure solutions are structured effectively from a design and architecture perspective.

- Translate requirements into appropriate solution designs.

Delivery Management:

- Lead delivery management for enterprise learning solutions.

- Drive solution delivery from design through execution.

- Ensure effective coordination across stakeholders throughout the delivery process.

- Monitor delivery progress and ensure alignment with agreed solution requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

- Manage relationships with relevant stakeholders throughout the solution design and delivery lifecycle.

- Understand stakeholder requirements and ensure appropriate alignment with the proposed solutions.

- Facilitate communication and coordination across stakeholders.

- Address stakeholder requirements as part of the solution design and delivery process.

Enterprise Architecture:

- Apply enterprise architecture principles while designing enterprise learning solutions.

- Ensure solution design is aligned with the broader enterprise architecture.

- Evaluate solution requirements from an enterprise architecture perspective.

- Maintain alignment between solution design and enterprise-level requirements.
