Job Title: Vice President - Sales (QA Services)

Experience Required: 5+ years

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Reports To: Chief Growth Officer / VP Sales

Role Overview:

- We are hiring a Vice President - Sales (QA Services) responsible for owning the outbound sales engine dedicated to QA and software testing services.


- This role requires a strong hunter mindset, deep understanding of QA service offerings, and the ability to independently generate and close $1M+ in annual revenue.


- The VP will focus on selling QA testing services such as manual testing, automation, performance testing, security testing, mobile testing, API testing, DevOps QA, and managed QA teams to global clients.

- The candidate will build a predictable pipeline, run targeted outbound campaigns, collaborate with presales and delivery teams, and position SoluLab as a partner of choice for quality engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the outbound sales strategy and execution for QA services

- Build ICP lists targeting CTOs, QA Heads, Engineering Directors, Product Owners, and Delivery Managers

- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and ABM campaigns

- Maintain 3-5X pipeline coverage to achieve $1M+ annual revenue

- Lead discovery calls to understand QA needs, pain points, coverage gaps, and testing maturity

- Present QA solutions including manual, automation, regression, performance, security, mobile, API, and DevOps QA

- Differentiate SoluLab's QA capabilities using value-based selling and case studies

- Work with presales BA and QA architects to design test strategies, scope, and proposals

- Prepare and deliver client presentations, SoWs, commercials, and negotiation discussions

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing

- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure feasibility and quality of scoped solutions

- Track market trends in QA automation tools, frameworks, AI-based QA, and test accelerators

- Handle objections related to pricing, timelines, resource quality, and vendor onboarding

- Own CRM updates, pipeline forecasting, activity tracking, and revenue reporting

- Build long-term relationships with existing customers to drive expansion and upsells

- Create repeatable outbound playbooks and sales processes for QA services
