Job Title: Vice President - Sales (QA Services)

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Reports To: Chief Growth Officer / VP Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking a Vice President - Sales (QA Services) to own and scale the outbound sales engine for SoluLab's Quality Assurance and Software Testing services. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, deep understanding of QA service offerings, and a proven ability to independently generate and close $1M+ in annual revenue.

The VP will focus on selling end-to-end QA testing services-including manual testing, automation, performance, security, mobile, API, DevOps QA, and managed QA teams-to global clients. You will build predictable pipelines, run targeted outbound campaigns, collaborate with presales and delivery teams, and position SoluLab as a strategic quality engineering partner.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the outbound sales strategy and execution for all QA services

- Build ICP lists targeting CTOs, QA Heads, Engineering Directors, Product Owners & Delivery Leaders

- Execute outbound outreach via email cadences, LinkedIn, calls, events, and ABM campaigns

- Maintain 3-5X pipeline coverage to deliver $1M+ in annual revenue

- Lead discovery calls to identify QA needs, pain points, coverage gaps, and testing maturity

- Present QA solutions spanning manual, automation, regression, performance, security, mobile, API, and DevOps QA

- Differentiate SoluLab's QA capabilities through value-based selling and case studies

- Collaborate with presales BAs and QA architects on test strategy, scoping, and proposals

- Prepare and deliver client presentations, SoWs, commercials, pricing, and negotiations

- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure

- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure feasibility and quality alignment

- Track market trends in automation, AI-based QA, tools, frameworks, and accelerators

- Handle objections related to pricing, staffing, timelines, and onboarding

- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, pipeline forecasting, and sales activity tracking

- Build long-term relationships for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities

- Create repeatable outbound playbooks, templates, and processes for QA service sales

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5+ years selling QA or software development services in outbound/hybrid sales

- Proven ability to independently close $500k-$1M+ annually in IT services

- Strong understanding of QA domains: manual, automation, functional, regression, performance, API testing

- Ability to articulate QA tooling and workflows (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, JMeter, Postman, CI/CD testing, etc.)

- Hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and ABM tactics

- Strong negotiation, demo, and client engagement skills

- Experience working with global clients across US/EU/Middle East

- Ability to collaborate effectively with presales, QA leads, and delivery managers

- Strong CRM discipline and accurate forecasting ability

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in specialized QA consulting or testing service companies

- Familiarity with automation frameworks, DevOps, and QA accelerators

- Experience selling QA services to SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, eCommerce, Mobile Apps, or Web3 clients

- Understanding of QA maturity models, test strategies, and QA transformation approaches
