Solinas - Senior - Founder's Office

Responsibilities:

- Partner directly with the Founder to define and execute strategic initiatives.

- Own end-to-end execution of high-priority projects across strategy, growth, operations, and partnerships.

- Translate business goals into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery.

- Provide data-driven insights, market research, and analysis to guide leadership decisions.

- Build and manage cross-functional alignment, acting as a key link between leadership and teams.

- Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions for efficiency and growth.

- Represent the Founder in internal and external meetings when required.

What We're Looking For:

- 5-8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or in a high-growth startup environment.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills.

- Ability to work independently, with a high sense of ownership and accountability.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
