Solinas - Head - Product Development

Job Summary:

The Head - Product Development will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the organizations product development initiatives.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, develop, and deliver innovative products that align with business objectives and market demands.

The position requires a strong combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, leadership skills, and market insight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement the product development strategy in alignment with the companys vision and goals

- Oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept, design, and development to launch and continuous improvement

- Collaborate with senior management, marketing, sales, and operations to align product initiatives with business needs

- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, engineers, designers, and quality assurance specialists

- Identify market opportunities, emerging technologies, and industry trends to develop competitive product offerings

- Ensure the use of best practices, frameworks, and tools in the product development process

- Manage product roadmaps, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery

- Establish clear performance metrics and monitor product success post-launch

- Foster innovation and encourage the team to explore new ideas and technologies

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to gather feedback and improve product value

- Oversee regulatory, compliance, and quality standards in product design and development

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

- 10+ years of experience in product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or head-of-product role

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in competitive markets

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving high-performance culture
