- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Government Sales Manager to lead our enterprise IT sales efforts across Government departments, PSUs, and system integrators.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling enterprise solutions, including Servers, Storage, Networking, Data Center Solutions, and Cybersecurity offerings.

- With at least 5 years of proven field sales experience in the Government and PSU segment, the candidate should be adept at managing end-to-end sales cycles-right from lead generation to closure-while building and nurturing strategic relationships with key decision-makers.

- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.

- The role demands a deep understanding of customer IT infrastructure requirements and the ability to align them with appropriate solutions.

- Candidates should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with the ability to collaborate with OEMs and channel partners.

- Preference will be given to individuals with exposure to large government tenders, rate contracts, and empanelment processes, and those who bring existing relationships within the target segment.

- While educational background is not a constraint, demonstrated field sales success in the enterprise IT space is a must.
