This role involves conceptualising and executing informative, credible, and creatively compelling content across sales collateral, case studies, website copy, social media, award and grant applications, and other strategic communication tools that power our digital presence and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:


Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling:


- Define and execute a unified content strategy aligned with Solinas brand, business, and impact goals, translating complex technical innovations into clear, engaging, and human-centric narratives with a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Thought Leadership, Case Studies & Awards:


- Create high-impact case studies, white papers, industry reports, press releases, and award submissions that showcase measurable impact, innovation, and leadership in WASH, climate tech, robotics, and digitisation, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Digital, Website & Campaign Content:


- Develop SEO-optimised website copy, blogs, and social media content to strengthen digital presence, support product launches, events, exhibitions, leadership campaigns, and drive awareness, credibility, and engagement across civic and industrial audiences.

Marketing Collaterals & Content Governance:


- Produce and oversee content for print and sales collaterals while ensuring editorial excellence through proofreading, quality control, and brand consistency across all internal and external communications.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in content writing for companies is required.

- Lead the Content Strangely and spearhead the Content requirements of the Shoonyas Marketing team (Long Form, Short Form, Blog, Web & Social Content curation and creation, Script & Copy Writing)

Customer Acquisition: Conceptualize, ideate, create and oversee execution of Social and Paid Digital Campaigns across the life cycle. (Attention, Consideration and Purchase)

Engagement & Retention:


- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for push notifications, whatsapp messaging, email, SMS and other marketing communications

- Lead a team and work alongside other Copywriters, Designers, agencies to ensure creative vision is achieved and brand expectations are met

- Work across multiple platforms to produce rich copy to win on digital platforms

- Ensure the copy is clear, true, on-brand, and meets all legal, partner, and best practice requirements

- Help coordinate, maintain and oversee creative standards and brand experience guidelines

- Manage multiple deliverables at one time to meet aggressive deadlines
