We are now looking for dynamic leaders to join us on this mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment

Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for sales hiring (field and inside sales) across junior, mid, and senior levels.

2. Bulk & Volume Hiring

Deliver on high-volume hiring targets under tight timelines, with a strong focus on B2C and B2B sales roles.

3. Campus Hiring

Design and execute campus hiring programs, including strategy, college tie-ups, pre-placement talks, assessments, and onboarding.

4. Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of 25 recruiters, monitor performance, and instill a results-driven culture.

5. Stakeholder Management

Partner with business heads, sales leaders, and HRBPs to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.

6. Sourcing Strategy

Utilize job portals, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), referrals, WhatsApp groups, internal database, and offline channels.

Innovate with new-age sourcing tools to build high-quality pipelines.

7. Data & Reporting

Maintain real-time dashboards and trackers. Provide weekly/monthly hiring reports to leadership.

8. Candidate Experience

Ensure a seamless candidate journey with timely communication and transparent processes.

9. Vendor & Partner Management

Manage relationships with sourcing vendors, assessment platforms, and onboarding partners.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5 - 8 years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in team leadership.

- Strong experience in bulk/volume hiring for sales roles.

- Proven success in campus hiring and setting up sourcing channels from scratch.

- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Exceptional communication and people management skills.

Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
