
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that bridge Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
This role will be responsible for driving product and process initiatives from concept to scale, optimizing pre-sales to handover workflows, and ensuring strong adoption and performance across teams through data-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Cross-functional Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Product, Revenue Design, Engineering, and Operations teams to gather, align, and prioritize requirements.
- Facilitate requirement grooming sessions, alignment workshops, and roadmap discussions to ensure shared clarity and timely execution.
- Resolve priority conflicts by balancing business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Process Optimization & Problem Solving:
- Analyze pre-sales, sales, and handover workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and manual dependencies.
- Apply structured problem-solving approaches (root cause analysis, impact vs. effort analysis) to design scalable solutions.
- Lead process re-engineering initiatives to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and enhance customer experience.
Business Requirement Documentation & Impact Analysis:
- Conduct impact assessments for every product or process change across systems, teams, and KPIs.
- Translate business needs into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) including use cases, workflows, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams through solution design, development, and UAT.
Proof of Concept (PoC) & Pilot Execution:
- Design and lead PoCs and pilot programs for new product features and process initiatives.
- Define pilot scope, success metrics, and structured feedback loops.
- Analyze pilot outcomes and refine solutions before full-scale rollout.
Product & Feature Rollout Management:
- Drive end-to-end rollout of new product features and platforms (e.g., SC App, Lighthouse, Field Force tools, One View dashboards).
- Work with enablement and training teams to ensure smooth adoption across Sales, Operations, and Field teams.
- Create rollout plans, communication strategies, SOPs, and user guides to support change management.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
- Track product and program performance against defined KPIs.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor adoption, efficiency gains, and business outcomes.
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and underperformance, and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or similar cross-functional roles.
- Strong experience working with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Expertise in process optimization, problem solving, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in creating BRDs, use cases, workflows, and impact assessments.
- Experience managing PoCs, pilots, and large-scale rollouts.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and tracking KPIs.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B / SaaS / Tech-enabled environments.
- Familiarity with CRM, field force tools, and sales enablement platforms.
- Exposure to change management and training/enablement initiatives.
