Role Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and driven Team Lead Field Sales who will be responsible for managing a team of field sales executives, driving sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2C field sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to scale operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 56 field sales executives.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective team management.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the companys residential customer base.
- Conduct field visits to manage lead conversions and support team members.
- Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interactions.
- Identify and explore new channels or partnerships to generate leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of sales funnel via CRM/sales software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and improve the sales process.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech); MBA preferred.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in managing field sales teams.
- Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in solar, Real estate, NBFC, Automobile, Edtech, FMCG, or consumer durables.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
