Role: Team Lead Field Sales (B2C)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing field sales team.

- Drive B2C sales activities including customer visits, product demos, and closures.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize conversions and satisfaction.

- Identify new business channels and growth opportunities in the market.

- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent team performance.

- Monitor daily KPIs and implement strategies to improve productivity.

Requirements:

- MBA / B.Tech / M.Tech from a recognized institution.

- 25 years of team-handling experience, with 56 years of B2C field sales exposure.

- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Experience in solar/renewable energy sales is an added advantage.
