About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and geographies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both corporate and field hiring, with a proven ability to execute high-volume recruitment drives and build strong talent pipelines aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across functions including field sales, corporate, technical, and operations.
- Lead bulk and volume hiring initiatives, particularly for B2C sales and field teams.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and design effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates for cultural and role fit, and manage interview coordination.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
- Drive employer branding initiatives in alignment with SolarSquares values and culture.
- Support campus hiring programs and develop long-term talent pipelines for critical roles.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in B2C or field-intensive industries.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in high-volume and niche hiring.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS systems, and Excel-based reporting.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
