Solar Square - Senior Product Manager - MaaS Segment

About SolarSquare:

SolarSquare is building Indias leading residential solar platform, making solar simple, safe, and reliable for homeowners.

What Youll Do:

- Own the MaaS product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution.

- Build the product journey from customer discovery and onboarding through service delivery, billing, and renewal.

- Design capabilities for customer and plant onboarding, eligibility, plan selection, AMC scheduling, service visits, billing/payment, and customer communication.

- Build workflows that enable field teams and service technicians to deliver reliable service at scale.

- Conduct product discovery with customers, field service teams, and business stakeholders.

- Define product metrics and use data, customer feedback, and field insights to continuously improve the product.

- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Business, and Operations to balance immediate delivery with scalable product foundations.

What Were Looking For:

- 46 years of Product Management experience.

- Experience building products in consumer-facing, service-delivery, or operational environments.

- Proven experience owning a product/problem end-to-end from discovery through execution and iteration.

- Experience with field operations, service scheduling, dispatch, technician/workforce management, or service delivery is highly preferred.

- Understanding of subscription, AMC, renewal, billing, or service-contract models.

- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable working in 01 and high-ambiguity environments.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
