About the Role:

- We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can drive operational excellence and ensure smooth functioning across our business processes.

- This is a customer-facing role, so strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely execution of business processes.

- Manage and optimize workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

- Act as the point of contact for customers and clients, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, sales, and customer service.

- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations executives/coordinators.

- Drive initiatives related to supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment (for e-commerce/D2C operations).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 7+ years of experience in operations management.

- Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or D2C organizations is highly preferred.

- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to handle escalations professionally.

- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization.
