Role Overview:

We are looking for a National Sales Trainer to drive sales excellence by designing and delivering high-impact training programs for our growing salesforce. This role will focus on enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Training & Development : Develop and implement structured training programs for new and existing sales teams, focusing on consultative selling, negotiation, and objection handling.

- Product & Process Training : Ensure the salesforce is well-versed in SolarSquare's products, services, and sales processes to enhance customer interactions.

- Coaching & Performance Enhancement : Conduct on-the-job training, roleplays, and shadowing sessions to identify improvement areas and boost team productivity.

- Sales Playbook & Content Creation : Design training materials, manuals, and video modules for continuous learning and reference.

- Assessment & Feedback : Develop KPIs and evaluation metrics to track training effectiveness and ensure knowledge retention.

- Collaboration with Leadership : Work closely with the Sales Heads, Regional Managers, and HR teams to align training initiatives with business goals.

What We're Looking For:

- 7-10 years of experience in Sales Training & Development, preferably in B2C industries (Solar, FMCG, Telecom, BFSI, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, funnel management, and customer psychology.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Hands-on experience in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and digital training methodologies.

- Ability to travel nationally to conduct on-ground training sessions.
