Key Responsibilities.

Lead Generation Ownership:

- Own and drive the qualified lead generation efforts for your city by coordinating with digital, on-ground, and partner-led channels.

- Enhance the effectiveness of these channels by adapting them to local consumer behavior and geographical nuances.

Explore New Channels:.

- Constantly scout for and test innovative and cost-effective marketing channels (offline and online) such as local partnerships, events, community activations, influencer-led marketing, RWAs, and others.

Sales Coordination:.

- Work closely with the city's sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.

- Continuously optimize lead quality and cost per lead to maximize conversion and ROI.

Lead Database Management:

- Maintain clean and updated lead databases.

- Take ownership of minimizing data leakages and ensuring every lead is tracked, nurtured, and accounted for.

Territory Expansion & Coverage:

- Strategize and execute plans to expand coverage to new geographies within the city.

- Ensure minimal duplication of leads and balanced market penetration.

Performance Alignment:.

- Align city-level marketing activities with broader regional and national marketing goals.

- Participate in weekly reviews and reporting to track progress and improve execution.

Low-Cost Channel Nurturing:.

- Identify, test, and scale low-cost, high-impact channels like referral programs, local influencers, WhatsApp marketing, apartment demos, and more.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 4 years in field marketing, growth marketing, city operations, or BTL marketing or city level lead generation.

Skills Required:

- Strong grasp of local market dynamics and customer behavior.

- Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with comfort in managing and interpreting data.

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e. , Leadsquared, Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Field execution experience in activations, events, or partner onboarding.

- Self-driven with an ability to work independently and own outcomes.

- Creative thinking with a growth-hacking mindset.
