Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven professional to anchor our Planning team. This role involves working directly with CXOs to design strategic initiatives, proactively monitor business health, and drive operational execution. You will act as the analytical engine for leadership, translating complex business realities into clear, actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with the executive team to create and track the company's annual operating plan.

- Plan and drive key strategic projects, breaking them down into clear, measurable milestones.

- Build tracking systems to spot early warning signs and business risks before they cause problems.

- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Design teams to clear everyday roadblocks and fix process delays.

- Act as a bridge between on-ground teams and leadership to ensure everyone is working toward the same goals.

- Analyze business data to find practical ways to improve sales speed and everyday team efficiency.

- Turn complex data into simple, actionable recommendations to help the management team make fast decisions.

Qualifications & Key Attributes:

- Experience: 4 - 6 years of experience, ideally in strategy, planning, founder's office, or management consulting environments.

- Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical problem-solving abilities, strategic foresight, and strong stakeholder management skills.

- Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Powerpoint, Excel/Google Sheets; proficiency in data visualization (Power BI/Tableau). Comfort with coding is an add-on.

- Ownership: Independently able to drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
