Role Overview

We are hiring a Growth & Marketing Program Manager a hybrid role combining

performance marketing leadership with marketing program management and

cross-functional execution.

This role is ideal for someone who can drive measurable lead generation and ROI through digital channels, while also owning end-to-end execution of marketing programs across teams. You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring marketing initiatives scale efficiently and deliver business impact.

You will wear multiple hats: strategist, operator, analyst, and program owner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing & Growth Ownership

- Own digital lead generation targets aligned with annual business goals.

- Strategize, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

Programmatic and affiliate channels

- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, reduce CPA, and maximize conversions.

- Drive full-funnel optimization from impressions to qualified leads.

- Lead keyword strategy, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and CRO initiatives.

- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and new acquisition opportunities.

2. Marketing Program Management

- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact marketing programs across teams.

- Define program scope, success metrics, timelines, and execution plans.

- Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, product, design, and operations teams.

- Track dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks; proactively resolve execution challenges.

- Establish governance processes, reporting systems, and execution frameworks.

- Act as the central point of coordination between leadership and execution teams.

3. Data, Analytics & Tracking Infrastructure

- Build and manage KPI dashboards for campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI.

- Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure:

GA4, GTM

Meta Pixel & Conversions API (CAPI)

Event and conversion tracking

- Ensure accurate attribution and privacy-compliant measurement systems.

- Analyze campaign and funnel data to generate actionable insights.

- Drive data-led decision making across marketing initiatives.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with content and design teams to develop high-performing creatives and landing pages.

- Collaborate with pre-sales and field sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes.

- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution.

- Build feedback loops across teams to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

5. Budgeting, Process & Optimization

- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize business impact.

- Create scalable marketing processes and operational workflows.

- Continuously evaluate and improve marketing efficiency and execution speed.

- Identify new tools, platforms, and automation opportunities.

6. Team Leadership (Optional based on seniority)

- Mentor and guide performance marketing team members.

- Help build and scale a high-performing growth team.

- Drive accountability through clear KPIs and structured reviews.

Basic Qualifications:

- Masters Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. (MBA from tier 1 college)

- 4 to 8 years of experience across performance marketing, growth, or marketing program management.

- Proven track record of scaling B2C digital acquisition campaigns.

- Experience managing cross-functional projects or marketing programs.

- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.

- Experience with attribution, conversion tracking, and analytics tools.

- Startup or high-growth consumer brand experience.

- Experience working with sales and operations teams in lead-driven businesses.

Key Success Metrics:

- Cost per Lead (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

- Lead volume and quality improvement

- Campaign ROI and conversion rates

- Program delivery timelines and execution efficiency

- Funnel performance improvements

- Marketing process scalability
