Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CRM - Program Manager to spearhead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in customer segmentation, targeting, funnel optimization, implementing and executing marketing automation, and strategies/key projects for driving growth and retention across the marketing and sales funnel. The candidate should be experienced in driving growth across customer lifecyle management. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of marketing automation tools and techniques.
Qualifications required:
- Proven experience of 2+ years in growth marketing, Program manager. Experience in high-growth consumer startups is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in creating, executing, and optimizing user journeys/campaign workflows using MoEngage or CleverTap.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and funnel optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience working closely with Product and Tech teams to improve user experience, tracking, automation capabilities, and funnel conversion.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization techniques
What You'll Do
In true startup fashion, you'll wear multiple hats and take ownership of key initiatives. Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize the marketing and sales conversion and customer lifecycle across Top of the Funnel, Middle Funnel and Bottom Funnel. This involves acquisition, retargeting, funnel retention and referral parts of customer journey.
- Analyze and improve conversion rates across marketing and sales funnels using marketing automation and innovative growth hacks implemented across all points in the funnel.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to enhance conversion, customer engagement and operational efficiency in the marketing and sales funnel. Preferred proficiency in Moengage. (Good candidates proficient in Clevertap will also work).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, tech, sales, marketing and analytics) to design and execute growth experiments.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the conversion in the funnel, customer experience, reduce lead drop-rates/churn, and increase lifetime value.
- Create personalized and data-driven communication strategies for various customer segments. Collaborating with content team for getting such communication made.
- Having a growth mindset. Proficient in identifying experiments to run for the organization, running the experiments, measuring success KPIs, quick tweaking of the experiments leading to the eventual success formula.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, growth hacking, and customer funnel retention.
