We are looking for a Solar Program Manager for a global renewable energy solutions provider. Job Profile: - Responsible to own and drive programs by working closely with the development, engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams. - Ensure effective stakeholder management with open communication across businesses/stakeholders. - Develop schedules, identify critical paths, bottlenecks and maintain execution throughout the duration of programs. - Supporting the senior leadership in sales and relationship/opportunity management for development and engineering services. - Responsible for overall planning of program and periodic presentation to program/team leadership. - Demonstrate and execute project goals with satisfying quality, performance, schedule and budget in a global setup. - File management and project diligence room support - Preliminary design and proposal generation where appropriate - Review monthIy performance reporting from third party monitoring provider Requirement: - Must possess 3-4 years of experience as a part of a renewable energy company. - Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from a premier Indian university preferred. - Experience in business development, sales, market analysis, strategy, and program management. - Solar project experience necessary. - Strong analytical and MS-Office skills. - Ability to communicate well in English (written/spoken). - Team player, process oriented, self-driven and enterprising. - Start-up experience and entrepreneurial mindset preferred.
