Leveraging your industry expertise, you will play a pivotal role in positioning our software solutions as essential tools for their business success. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record of successfully selling technology platforms (SaaS based products) to insurance brokers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the insurance sector. - Identify and target potential clients, including insurance companies, brokers, and related entities, fostering strong and enduring relationships. - Understand client needs and pain points, effectively articulating how our software solutions can address their challenges and drive operational efficiency. - Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to align strategies and ensure the delivery of value-driven solutions. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to adapt and refine sales strategies. - Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the unique benefits of our software platforms. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM software. - Provide insights and feedback from the market to contribute to the continuous improvement of our software offerings. - Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.
