
Job Title: Software Sales Manager Field Sales (India Market)

We are looking for an ambitious and high-performing Software Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the Hyderabad region, focusing on Global Delivery Centers (GDCs),Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and large enterprise clients. This is a field sales role that demands deep consultative selling, relationship-building, and an understanding of the software services landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage with key decision-makers at GDCs, GCCs, and large enterprises to sell software testing & QA services.
- Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships and work with solution architects to tailor-fit offerings.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Provide regular forecasting, pipeline updates, and competitive intelligence.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meets to represent the company.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of selling to GDCs/GCCs and large enterprises in India.
- Strong understanding of QA/testing services, DevOps, or digital transformation services is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong network and familiarity with the Hyderabad enterprise tech ecosystem.
