Job Title: Lead Technical Consultant

Location: Coimbatore (Additional location: Mumbai - Thane)

Experience: 7-10 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary contact for internal and project teams, translating research objectives into technical solutions.

- Lead and mentor teams working on SQL, R, Python, and Tableau.

- Manage sprint planning, resource allocation, and ensure high-quality delivery.

- Design automation workflows, data products, and microservices-based solutions.

- Integrate AI/LLM tools to enhance processes and efficiency.

- Prepare documentation, deliver training, and support continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Market Research technology stack.

- Hands-on expertise with Forsta Surveys, Qualtrics, and SPSS.

- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, R, React, and VBA.

- Proven leadership skills and experience in Agile delivery.

- API integration and full-stack exposure (good to have).

- Knowledge of LLM/AI applications, DevOps, Git, and micro services (added advantage).
