Key Responsibilities: - Capable of putting together a multi-skilled visualization configuration team (Both functional and technical) - Manage team leads responsible for software design, development, QA, product ownership and data vocabulary. - Providing technical oversight, coaching and mentoring to the product development, QA and data vocabulary teams. - Process implementation, improvement, measurement, control, monitoring and reporting to ensure the entire product delivery team is performing at optimum capacity, within the defined frameworks and per standards. - Continuous engagement with the project owner and program manager to understand the roadmap and to prepare the team to achieve the milestones laid-out for the project. Key Requirements: - 12+ years of experience overall - Preferably a Mechanical Engineer - Experience in driving large Software Development projects for CAD / CAM customization (delivery, testing and release) - Should have managed a team of 10+ as in this position will be managing a team of 30 - 35 - Good team &amp; stakeholder management experience
