
Role:
Lead architecture and scalability of the software platform powering intelligent robotic warehouse systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable distributed platforms supporting rapidly growing robotic fleets.
- Design real-time fleet orchestration and intelligent task allocation systems.
- Ensure 99.9%+ system uptime through fault-tolerant architecture.
- Build telemetry and monitoring capabilities for robotic fleets.
- Establish simulation for throughput testing and production validation.
- Lead architectural reviews and development of senior technical leaders.
- Align engineering architecture with product and customer success requirements.
Must-Haves:
- 12+ years in software engineering/platform architecture.
- 5+ years leading engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, fault-tolerant production systems, and cloud platforms.
- Strong experience with real-time systems and scalable fleet orchestration.
- Experience with telemetry ingestion and real-time data processing.
Good-to-haves:
- Experience in robotics.
- Experience with simulation and digital twins.
