Role: Ecommerce Manager


Job Responsibilities:


Project Management

- Work with Stakeholder to understand new project requirements

- Create Project Road map

- Create high level estimate


SME/BA

- E-Commerce SME

- Data Collection, analysis, and management

- Coordination between business user and technical team from analysis and mapping of data

- Understands current end-to-end xTWOStore

- Knowledge of Magento, NAVISION, SAP, Business Central

- Magento out-of-box Features Experience

- Magento Architecture Experience

- SAP solution for B2B ordering, processing etc

- (SAP SME single point of contact)

- Product Data analysis

- Management of Product Catalogue

- Price update synchronization from NAVISION to Magento

- Payment integrations (PayPal and one of the Credit card payment systems from Germany side)

- xTWONAVISION Aye has experience with NAVISION

- [InTWO external vendor] NAVISION server is hosted in Germany (Access is available for Development, for data request/ticket needs to be raised with InTWO external vendro]


Coordination across teams
- Coordinating with Stakeholders to understand and collect data

- Coordinating with Solar team in China to get specifics for integration and data exchange

- Coordinating with AWS vendor for server/services/application related configurations/setting

- Coordinating with Design team for Marketing campaigns, banners, social media posts etc

- Coordinating with UI/UX Design team for Screen Figma designs


Marketing

- Monitor daily abandonment rate analysis (perform testing of checkout functionality to identify

root cause if any)

- Google Tag Manager (already configured for xTWOStore), Google Analytics

- SEO Google Web Master

- Google Ads (Bavya has exposure to it)


- Social media (Bavya has exposure to it Instagram [feed and story], LinkedIn [Post Only]

- Campaign designing (Bavya coordinates with Markus and shares the same with Design team to request the banner image(s)) [Coordination with China team]


Marketing/Sales reporting

- Sales data from NAVISION

- Sales data from Magento

- Sales data from Marketing team as required


AWS

- Coordinating with AWS vendor (OneCloud) for configuration and management of ongoing services

- AWS budgeting/estimation and manging the expenses

- Analysis of issues along with dev team and AWS vendor team as required

- OneCloud expense billing is done directly to M24


Upward Status Reporting

- Weekly/Monthly Status updates Reporting to stakeholders

- Every Monday HOD call with Markus

- Biweekly meeting with stakeholders and Tom

- Sales Reports review with Marketing/Sales team
