Softsensor AI - Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that solve complex business problems and drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment.

- Build predictive and prescriptive models using advanced machine learning techniques.

- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable data pipelines and model deployment.

- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to business challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.Tech/Masters in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

- 3-4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling.

- Strong proficiency in Python/R and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in deploying models in production environments.

- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.

- Familiarity with deep learning, NLP, and generative AI models.
