Job Title: Product Manager (6+ Years Experience) Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 6+ Years in Product Management About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Product Manager with 6 or more years of proven experience in driving product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, project execution, and client engagement, with a track record of taking products from concept to successful launch. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. - Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver quality products on time and within scope. - Own end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirement gathering, planning, development, testing, launch, and iteration. - Effectively manage and mentor product and project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. - Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. - Monitor product performance and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement. - Translate business objectives into technical requirements and ensure alignment throughout the development process. - Ensure project deadlines, deliverables, and resources are well managed across all initiatives. Key Skills & Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product delivery. - Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, including performance management and career development. - Strong project management skills able to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects. - Excellent client management and stakeholder communication abilities. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Figma, or similar product and project management platforms. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus. Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
