Job Title: Salesforce Architect (C1) Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) / Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM)

Experience: 10+ Years (Senior Developer / Architect Level)

Location: PAN India (Mumbai Excluded)

Preferred Base Location: Pune, India

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Cloud Architecture & Solution Design:

- Design and architect enterprise-grade Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) solutions.

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.

- Define scalable architecture aligned with Salesforce best practices.

- Translate business and finance requirements into technical solutions.

- Recommend optimal product configuration, pricing strategies, and subscription models.

- Participate in architecture reviews and technical governance meetings.

Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Implementation:

- Configure and customize Revenue Cloud capabilities including:

1. Product Catalog

2. Product Configuration

3. Price Books

4. Pricing Rules

5. Discount Schedules

6. Promotions

7. Bundles

8. Product Eligibility

9. Entitlement Management

- Design reusable product structures for large-scale enterprise implementations.

- Configure contract lifecycle management and commercial agreements.

- Build scalable pricing models supporting multiple business units.

Quote-to-Cash (Q2C):

- Design and implement complete Q2C lifecycle solutions including:

1. Opportunity to Quote

2. Quote Approval

3. Contract Creation

4. Order Management

5. Order Fulfillment

6. Billing

7. Invoicing

8. Payment Integration

9. Subscription Management

10. Renewals

11. Amendments

12. Upgrades

13. Downgrades

14. Cancellations

- Configure automated approval workflows and revenue processes.

- Optimize pricing and quoting experience for sales teams.

Salesforce Development:

- Develop enterprise applications using:

1. Apex Classes

2. Apex Triggers

3. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

4. Visualforce (where applicable)

5. SOQL
