Role Overview

Softobiz is seeking a hands-on Growth Leader whose primary mandate is to build a healthy, predictable lead pipeline and personally convert qualified opportunities into closed deals across the US and Australia.

This role requires strong frontline execution.

You will lead from the frontowning outbound outreach, engaging prospects directly, running discovery and sales cycles end-to-end, and closing revenue.

Success in this role is measured by pipeline quality, deal momentum, and closuresnot by activity alone.

As a core member of the growth leadership team, you will shape how Softobiz initiates conversations with the market, represents its value to decision-makers, and consistently turns opportunities into signed engagements across digital transformation, AI-first delivery, SaaS enablement, and platform modernization.


Required Qualifications:


- 12+ years in B2B IT Services, Digital Engineering, or SaaS sales roles

- Proven experience building pipeline through outbound or consultative selling motions

- Strong track record of personally closing complex, high-value deals

- Experience selling to US and/or Australia-based clients

- Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers and lead commercial conversations

- Strong understanding of digital transformation themes including AI enablement, cloud modernization, and platform-led engineering

- Comfortable working hands-on with CRM tools (Zoho or Salesforce)

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field


Role Responsibilities:


- Lead Pipeline & Outreach Ownership: Own and optimize outbound sales for US and Australia accounts, driving ICP-aligned, account-based prospecting that delivers a steady flow of high-quality, sales-qualified opportunities through data-driven outreach and disciplined CRM execution.

- New Growth Channels & Scalable Demand Creation: Build scalable growth channels by productising Softobizs service strengths into repeatable, market-ready offerings that generate inbound demand, accelerate conversations, and shorten sales cycles through close collaboration with marketing, delivery, and leadership

- Client Conversion & Deal Closure: Lead client-facing sales engagements end-to-end by owning discovery, solution framing, commercial structuring, negotiation, and closure with senior decision-makers, consistently converting client needs into outcome-driven deals.

- Sales Execution & Discipline: Execute disciplined sales operations by collaborating with presales and delivery on strong proposals, maintaining accurate CRM hygiene, forecasting realistically, managing deal momentum, reusing effective sales assets, and decisively pruning weak or stalled opportunities.

- Market Presence & Representation: Represent Softobiz as a senior commercial leader in client and industry interactions, staying close to market dynamics and feeding actionable insights on client needs, competition, and messaging effectiveness back to leadership.
