Softcell Technologies Global is seeking a senior leader to head a strategic enterprise infrastructure platform practice.
The role focuses on driving growth, execution excellence, and customer outcomes across large enterprise and regulated accounts.
This position requires a strong blend of technical depth, customer-facing leadership, and operational ownership, working closely with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems.
Key responsibilities:
Own and grow a core enterprise platform practice, with responsibility across:.
- Sales enablement and solution positioning.
- Pre-sales architecture and technical governance.
- Delivery readiness, operations, and execution quality.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to:.
- Understand infrastructure, security, and performance needs.
- Design scalable and secure platform architectures.
- Support long-term transformation initiatives.
Provide leadership across enterprise platform domains, including:.
- Compute and infrastructure platforms.
- Security, identity, and access fundamentals.
- Networking, connectivity, and performance optimisation.
- Work closely with OEMs and ecosystem partners to:.
- Drive joint planning and execution.
- Align roadmaps and solution direction.
- Strengthen partner confidence and account presence.
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across:.
- Field and inside sales.
- Pre-sales and solution engineering.
- Operations and post-sales support.

- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure architecture:.

Experience & Profile:

- Prior experience leading multi-disciplinary sales / business teams.
- Strong customer engagement and executive communication skills.
- Comfortable working across sales, technical, and operational functions.
- Hands-on, execution-oriented leadership style.
- Location: India (base location flexible; travel required).
