Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives for the assigned territory.

- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition through proactive

prospecting and networking.

- Manage relationships with key customers, channel partners, and distributors to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to recommend corrective actions.

- Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective coverage, product availability, and customer engagement.

- Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.

- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve individual and collective targets.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and credit controls.

- Plan and execute promotional activities, trade shows, and customer engagement events in coordination with marketing teams.

- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.


Requirements:


- MBA preferred.

- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Experience in managing a sales team and handling distributors/channel partners.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical ability with knowledge of sales forecasting, territory planning, and market research.

- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
