Description:
Reports to APMEA SVP, Strategic Accounts & Services.
Main challenges:

Person Specifications
- Indicate the skills, knowledge and experience that the job holder should require to conduct the role effectively.
Hard skills:
- Good understanding of Global Engineering and Asset Management, Global Command center and CMMS.
- Knowledge of PM methodologies including project scheduling and monitoring, risk management, reporting skills (KPIs, flash reports) are a plus.
- Successful leadership experience with a strong network within Sodexo organization..
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives..
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Soft skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders (CXOs, project cross-functional teams, etc.).
