Project Communication & Change Manager (ERP SAP S/4HANA)

We are looking for an experienced Project Communication & Change Manager to drive adoption and engagement for a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program across France, UK, Central Europe, Brazil, and North America.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead communication and change management activities using the ADKAR methodology.

- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans.

- Conduct change impact assessments and manage organizational readiness.

- Drive employee adoption, manage resistance to change, and support business transition.

- Partner with project teams, sponsors, and leaders to ensure successful ERP deployment.

- Measure and report adoption, training effectiveness, and change readiness.

What We Are Looking For:

- 8+ years of experience in Communication & Change Management, preferably within ERP implementation projects.

- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, communications strategy, and training delivery.

- Experience working in complex international environments.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Change Management certification is a plus.
