Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 3+ years in Soda Ash trading with a strong grasp of domestic supply chains.

- Network: Ready access to a database of industrial consumers and primary distributors/importers.

- Skills: Expert at arbitrage and navigating the price volatility of industrial chemicals.

- Mindset: Comfortable with a tech-driven, high-volume brokerage and distribution model Business

- Establish and scale the Soda Ash vertical using inventory-free, back-to-back procurement model.

- The focus is on high-velocity transaction mapping-connecting demand from industrial buyers directly to supplier availability in real-time.

Core Responsibilities:

- Supplier Mapping: Onboard domestic manufacturers and large importers to the platform for real-time stock visibility.

- Transaction Management: Execute back-to-back trades, ensuring seamless synchronization between buyer purchase orders and supplier fulfillment.

- Market Penetration: Drive adoption among glass, detergent, and chemical MSMEs by offering superior pricing via the tech stack.

- Risk & Margin Management: Optimize the spread between procurement and sale prices while maintaining zero inventory risk.
