Job Description:

- Ideating and Strategizing - Coming up with the core idea for campaigns and execution of the same with exceptional copies.

- Staying aware of the industrys latest trends to unlock new opportunities.

- Coordinating with the Marketing team for understanding client requirements and accordingly creating the content strategy with your team.

- Conducting regular brainstorming sessions, dispersing knowledge to the team.

- Allocating tasks by understanding the nature of work and selecting an ideal team member to do it.

- Campaign planning and building for the given set of clients.

- Upselling the existing clients.

- Helping in acquiring new business and working on pitches and new ideas.

- Developing and mentoring the Creative team, making them believe in themselves and achieve the impossible.

- Guiding and supporting your team and filling in during the hour of need.

- May include other duties as assigned

Requirements

We want a smart and quick-witted Group Head (Copy) with experience of 6-8 Years, in a creative digital agency.

- Excellent Management skills and ability to lead by example.

- Writing award-winning copies should come naturally to you.

- You should have exceptional creativity running in your veins.

- A wide vocabulary at par with Mr. Tharoor, with a memory of Mike Ross and observational skills like that of Sherlock.

- Ability to bring everyone together and create an engaged and productive workforce.

- Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- We dont mind you being a grammar pedant who loves using the figure of speech in every possible way.

- Should have an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.

- Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
