Responsibility:
- Develop and implement a social media content calendar that aligns with the companys goals and objectives.
- Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
- Write and edit captions, posts, and other content that reflects the companys tone and voice.
- Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts, ensuring timely posting, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
- Create, plan, design and manage social media campaigns all the phases of the campaign
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (e., engagement, reach, website traffic)
- Competition Analysis and closure reports to be submitted for every launch campaign
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (usually6- 10 years).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail
